Self-Help Groups

Self-Help groups are offered throughout Halton Region, based on various mental health needs.

The groups are on-going in nature, facilitated by peers, volunteers, and provide support and education to individuals with mental health concerns and their family and friends.

The OASIS Mental Health Community is a peer led group offering social/recreation programs for Halton Region at various locations.
